Parzán- Barrosa

Lasting: 5hours

Difficulty: -

Kilometres: -km.

This is a médium difficulty route which can be taken as a hike or a climb.

We leave Parzan and turn off towards Chisagüés. There is an important uphill here. We advance some kilometres before reaching Chisagüés

From the village take the reddish path on the left side of the Real river. As we advance we should see a path on the other side of the valley. This is our return route. Head to the Sarratillón Ridge.

The red clay trail from Chisagüés is quite pleasant. You should reach the San Quílez (1645m) inn and its parking lot. From here on it is uphill and the quality of the trail slackens. 2,5 km later and 255m higher we reach the bottom of the valley surrounded by the Comodoto peaks, Petramula, Chinipro, Robiñera and the Liena crest. Pietramula (1,900m) is where we can rest next to the fresh water ravine and characteristic high-mountain landscape.

After a sharp right curve we climb toward Liena heading east. Once there take the "Camino de las Pardas" straight a pass which puts us on the north face. At our feet is the Barrosa Valley.
